I looked at it, and it's just one of those sites registered by someone who's trying to make money off the people that mess up while typing "Megaupload". Megaupload wouldn't come back, and definitely not under the name of "meegaupload".

You will possibly receive random ads from these fake websites...
Most likely, they will be a Java-Drive by websites. It may ask you to update your java or flash but it's a virus.
