Is there a software that keeps all my login data organized instead of just keeping everything in a Notepad document?
Yes because that can't be potentially compromised or anything.
Google "KeePass" for a simple account/password organizer.
I think keeping a physical copy is the safest. Pain in the ass, but hey, at least some 12 year old Egyptian won't log on to my paypal.

use a cracked microsoft word and keep everything in there
Btw I have like 13 Gmail accounts, 3 MPGH accounts, 7 MSN accounts, 5 Crossfire accounts, then accounts for random websites. Wallpaper websites, YouTube, Steam, Minecraft, ect.
