unrecoverable error message?

So i wanted to use public hacks and so i am using hell demons and nicos old public console. and everytime i return to town the game exits and gives me this message:

idk why, it only happens when i return to town.

I'm using nicos dll, pies binds 2.1, Sinject, and HD and N public console (console.dll) NA.
