Ok here's my new log-in and I finally found out the problem thank you so much Hero
anyway back to business its pretty kewl but please don't leave negative comments
and the ss is in the attachments (where you download the things)

The reason is because you need to pack it in a .RAR. I believe the uploader doesn't support when you upload just the TGA file without packing it with a .RAR.

And contributor is based around hacking-related ethic.
