There is none. Get a new account and resetting your ip is the only way around perm ban.
use alts..most clients come with them
Download HotSpot Shield, and connect to a IP that it gives you.
no...you can't ever bypass a ban rate. Why? Simply because it's server-sided.
Bottom line, there are none.
