Best Injection Method For Games

By trying to evade the Anti Cheat what is the best method to use?
The CreateRemoteThread & LoadLibrary Technique ore The CreateRemoteThread & WriteProcessMemory Technique.

I`am asking since i am starting to make my injector before gong on to some real hacks.
And i whould like to know the pros and cons for the difrent methods ore if there is any other methods?
