HelpPie's binds skip cutsene

When pressed, teleport me (i assume) to the end boss (epic music starts) but the screen goes all black.

Edit: WOuld also like to know what the following do since i see no effects:
Del = "cc_change_start_game_message"
y = difficultly is normal
j = Forward in time
3 = Double HP pot up

Edit: Using V2.1

change start game message makes it so when you press start at the boat the map will load without you being on score board similar to send start game message.
difficulty is normal should change difficulty of boss to normal.
Double hp pot up doubles the effects of hp pot/
forward in time i have no clue, i tried using it didn't seem like it did anything. I'm going to try some more with it though.
