Master Server Tool

I am interested in someone making a server tool that...

• Allows you to kick w/o elite, or super elite admin
• force host
• keeps the server lasting forever
• lets you change map, time, etc in game
• blocks weapons and equipment, and kicks when used

I am hoping this can be made, i know some of these are either extremely hard to do or impossible but just checking/asking, I would like this to be public, or one time payment vip

if I did anything wrong, respond saying what I did wrong. (this is my first post)

This is high class VIP that you would have to buy. No one will make it public because nexon would patch it in a heart beat.
