Server Ban
I have a quick question about server bans. When I ban takes place, is it based on username?

I think so, else it would be ip-bans?

regular ban=username ban
ip ban=ip ban
ip ban=ip ban
IP bans are easier than username. Just restart router, i heard
username ban (account ban)
