there is no way to achieve a luckyshot, it occurs, I think it is 0.005% of the time. and when you equip luckyshot bonus armor, that extra 2% is accually increasing it to [1.02x0.005 = 0.0051%]. Maths.
You cant. Fixed value, and its serversided, like exp and supply points.
Exactly, so you can fire many many bullets but its like random.
A lucky shot is random. A very low statistic. You can't achieve one by trying to get one.
