How do I Setup VCAHaxClient on a Mac?
I finally found the bin folder, and when I downloaded the VCAHaxClient, this showed up instead of Minecraft.jar or vcahax.jar.

Is this a Windows based only client?

It was more than likely designed as a Windows client, mention/pm/vm the creator for more instructions.

Do you know any other clients that have the options that VCAHax does, but will work for Mac?

VCAHax is not Windows-only, what you're seeing is the inside of the jarfile. Jarfiles are Java - which runs on Windows, OSX and Linux too.
Did you extract it by any chance? You're viewing all the classes inside the file, which is that same if you view the default Minecraft.jar.

When I downloaded it, it was a .zip file, I un-zipped it and then it gave me the folder with all the contents inside of it.

Jar files are a form of compression. Just change the .zip to .jar.
