Considering items have the possibility of being duped,can mesos dupe as well?

so what is the best time to dupe it? or what is the intervals .
I've tried both methods, and it hasn't exactly worked for me. Servers over here usually crash right at 7:06 AM pst
I tried to do everything at 7:05 and 30 seconds.
