Changing Max FPS

Hey guys, I've been trying to remove the 91 fps cap and up it to something like 125 or 250 FPS, mostly so it's easier to strafe and stuff. Any help? I can't seem to get the address for it. Perhaps I just fail at searching, lol

What I would say:

Try to use these two tools:
System Advance Care- (And turn the Boost to Gaming.)
GameBooster and boost your PC for CoD. (Launce CoD Via GameBooster.)

This is what I did on my crappy laptop and it worked. (Just another game...)

It's not a lag issue, I want to get higher FPS as it makes strafing better. You jump farther and higher. And as someone that plays promod a lot, it's kinda something I'm used to doing in game, but 91 FPS doesn't cut it, and that's what the cap is.

I've actually been using game booster for years, despite having a really nice computer. It makes a slight difference, its more for computers who arn't quite over the top or new. However with any fps every slight advantage is huge.

I was hoping to unleash the FPS cap and take advantage of running 6990's sli. One can run 91 fps while hibernating
