MPGH vs Random Hackers

so while playing CF (this is after HERO-X patch btw) I came across to face about 3 hackers who were shooting through wall. I got confused, since STW is patched forever, and I don't understand how they can still STW like that...
While typing i wonder...IS THIS EVEN THE RIGHT SECTION LOL?

So can anyone tell me how that is possible?
Or anyone want to tell me what you guys think about this oddness?

Maybe it is patched, maybe no, who knows...

Did you save a replay of the footage?

maybe its not really patched

no it's not Server Sided yet.. I have found it.. It is working.

Just mainly Cause of changes
