Visual Basic Macro [Excel]

I need to work on something for a game , private stuff
* Im good at Excel Macro's etc but i need someone who is an expert.

You can write Excel macros in VB.NET, using the Microsoft Visual Studio IDEs. What ze fuck is everyone talking about?
