Is there going to be a external radar 4.0 ? or a updated version that works with 1.5.387 ?

there is no exact answer and there never will be, its up to the coder ( cardoow ) to release it if he wants to release it in first place

although he propperly will release it at some poitn soon i think, just wait for it
