Not sure why. Could be a server issue or a patch issue of some sort. Try reinstalling and disable Anti Virus and Firewall.
Go to your CF EU folder and find the file called version.ini then open it with notepad.
Then delete everything and paste this :
[VERSION]
LatestVersion = 1048
MinimalVersion= 1007
CoreVersion = 7
[DOWNLOAD]
server1 = http://eu.cf.cdnetworks.net/livepatch/download/
[SERVER]
COUNT = 1
IP1 = 77.95.27.11
PORT1 = 13006
[HGW]
PORT = 16666
SERVER1 = 77.95.27.15
POD1 = 100
Hope this works.
Then delete everything and paste this :
