Very Basic Gun Guide
( This Guide will do each of the following. )
1. Teach you a Tip or Two & Strategy Advice that you may or may not know.
2. Inform you of how to control your Assault Riffle (Sprayer) and how to use it in an appropriate way.
3. What the best Secondary and Throwing weapon for you is.
4. And I will also tell you the Spec's of the each Assault Rifle (Sprayer).
1. A Few Tip's & Strategy Just For You!
- When using a Assault Riffle (Sprayer), the best thing when using this is rushing, stealth attack, and or surprise attack. When rushing you could go full auto by holding down on the mouse button in an attempt for fast and easy kills, but watch out for the recoil depending on the gun. Stealth Attack, you could try going around an obstacle to reach the target instead of rushing it head on, like maybe going around an object or building to shoot at the target from the back. Last but not least, Surprise Attack, you can do this either by flashing your enemy, using a smoke grenade and wait for them to come out then spray/shoot while their still looking to get a good view, or you can throw bombs at a near corner/door then rush to the area and take them out while they sit their thinking you're still going to throw something else.
- Wearing armor, using speed bonuses and special bonuses is a great way to level and keep safe when being a "Sprayer". The one thing that will help a lot is speed and special point bonuses, defense is a great thing to have, but it doesn't protect as much as you think it would. But, the more % of a stat you have, the better.
- When in a map, any map, make sure you stay with a group or a fellow partner, and don't attempt to go at it alone unless you have no choice. Doing so will give you the advantage to get more kills, or to prevent from dieing. Also, when in a map, don't rush to the enemies base once a round has already started, because you will be out gunned.
- Also, if you want to know how to save SP, or want to save SP period, you could try not repairing your gun until half way or when it fully breaks, because chances are... their wont be a difference at all when using it until it is broken, but however... this is a rumor.
2. How to control your Assault Rifle (Sprayer).
- All "Sprayer" guns have different stat points, such as damage, accuracy, weight, and recoil. You will want a gun with good damage and accuracy, but don't underestimate those small or more weaker guns. When used by those who've mastered it, they can be just as deadly as the better guns.
- The one thing you really want to watch for is your recoil, the gun may have great stats, but if the recoil is high it will take some time to actually getting use to. I suggest going into Training Mode, or my favorite, Team Death Match to learn how to use the higher recoiled weapons.
- When controlling recoil on a gun you want to make sure you just don't let it go flying out of your hands, instead you want to always use your mouse to force you gun in the middle of the screen at all times when shooting. Not doing so will cause your aim to go way off, especially on guns such as the Galil or other higher recoiled guns. Just make sure if you can't control the recoil, try doing a tap burst type of firing, by doing this you will want to tap the firing button as fast and steadily as possible, because this does help with higher recoiled guns.
[SIZE=3]3. What Secondary and Throwing Weapon is Best?
[SIZE=2]- Now, here's the thing... You honestly wont be needing a secondary weapon with this gun, but if you happen to run out of bullets for any reason, or you just want to have one on you to attempt to kill them with it instead for fun maybe, I would suggest the Beretta or Desert Eagle for a "Sprayer" type of gun. Other then that, it wouldn't be necessary to have one equipped because then the gun will just be damaged for no reason after every game and will cost you SP. So, your best bet is to not have one equipped.
- For Throwing Weapon's I would suggest the RGD-5, VX-Grenade, and Smoke. RGD-5, because you wont have time to sit around half the time when trying to evade an enemy, and this grenade is great for people hiding in corners or for quick, evasive killing. The VX-Grenade because you can throw this grenade in any area most enemies would tend to camp, also when setting a bomb you can throw it at that area after setting it and the enemy would have to dare stepping foot into it trying to disarm it, and last but not least... The Smoke Grenade, use this for quick get aways.
