help any1?

i have recently just cleared my computer due to it lagging ect, so along with my other files my ca eu went aswell. Now when i try and download it again via the caeu website. When i click CAE downloader button the window comes up and says run,save cancel ect, that part works fine its when i download it and try and run it. itpops up with an error saying ' failed to extract updater '

anybody know the reason of this and how to solve it please let me know

That is one way, the other is to download it from the newsgroup binaries. They have the new version updated every month.

i had same thing when i played warrock and i downloaded it from another site so just google combat arms europe download, and download it =)

the only other place which works is gamershell but the download keeps timing it's self out,any1 know the reason?

you say tht gamershell works but times out . If thats so then thats why you had the error in the 1st place your IP is messed up.
Basically if you dl it from ca eu and it was broken then somewhere along the dling its lost/not recived a file.
and if your experiencing the problem from gamershell where it timesout then i presume its something to do with your isp.
mmm for my own isp theres peek times it dls at 700-800kbps then after a certain taime (4 pm for me). the dls go to 50-100kbps ,Try to down load it on a off peek time.
