For COTM #2, You create any "Amusement Park" and then when you're done, go to your start menu, and in the search bar, type in %appdata% and double click on .minecraft>Saves> and find the world file. But that's after you have completed your map and want to submit it. Then you just follow the rules in the COTM thread and submit. After a few weeks, the thread will be closed and a voting thread will be created, thus giving members a chance to vote for anyone who submitted, making the winners more fair.
