Does anything outside of crossfire sounds work? Like can you hear sounds from your Windows, or anything else other than CF?

btw make sure u have SndDrive in ur cf folder
k download the original version of SndDrv.dll, then replace it with the current one in CF Folder. If that doesnt work, it's your system audio problem.
Updating or re-installing your audio drivers can help at solving your problem too...
