Ban hardware or BUG??

My prob is when i start combat arms and when i login says ban but when i go to the nexon rank list im not ban
how i can solve this help i tried everrything i unstall combat arms eu and change mac

here what i mean heres my acc and when i login it show me that but my friend as another proof can play on that acc too and no it doesnt say unraked
