this is not an error fixed upon re-install, but why don't u try? Always give it a try.. 
Seems like your using a hack or something, i can see by that tiny green crosshair. Maybe disable your anti-virus and hack and try again? That usually happens when the server crashes upon your internet connection, meaning either your internet connection is slow, or laggy.

That's a common error... Join a different game.
