General Hack IP

Ok hey guys, I wanted to ask a quick question... Can someone hack this ip adress...
24.159.159.100 Its this fucking 12 year old kid who thinks he can hack me but
when I tell him his ip adress cuase he clearly know's it he crys like a b1tch.
His cuz works for microsoft heard I was hacking and got my ip and banned
my console for about 2 days... He annoying the fuck out of me I have a
ip cracker when they join your party you get there ip... Please hack the
SHIT out of this kid hes annoying as HELL.
