.Rez modding help

Hey guys and i got a .rez mod i wanna install to combat arms, i downloaded 'RezInject' in a .rar file (because i have WinRar) and when i try to extract it to the Desktop it doesn't show up or extract. And when i try to open it from the .rar file it says "Cannot Exucute "(And then my files here)". And i don't know what to do, help please?

p.s. I don't know if i posted this is the right section, i'm new so cut me some slack

dont even bother with rezinject because the mods are patched unless its only a texture mod. But if u want it anyways here it is in a zip file so u should be able to use it even without winrar

appreciate it (oh and the .zip file still opens up in WinRar and doesn't work ^^).

Look kid you cant keep distributing materials like this, you need proper virus scans and approval from a minion. Stop breaking the rules.
