Pretty easy if you have a decent download speed. Takes me a few minutes to download half a gigabyte -- I could probably pull 120 in a day. Does your ISP have a cap or something? Are they giving you shit about it? You might have a virus or something -- maybe you're part of a botnet that's draining your network resources. Something's clearly wrong here.

GO onto ISP website and bring up all the incoming calls. All ISP's let you do that.
