Pubconsole 1.7 doesnt work

I've actually tried for a long time but everytime i try to inject it, i get a small "Loading..." box then a "Vindictus Launcher has stopped working" message. This happens everytime! It's annoying and i've tried searching l2's thread, with no luck. The hs box at the bottom closes after i click stop program. Nothing loads!! if any1 could help with this problem, i'd appreciate it, thanks!
Also if it helps, im on the NA client and i live in the US AND i've tried vinject and perx!

You are running both the injector and client as admin right?
