On topic: Hah, i love the border and the effects around it.
Off topic: man, me and my friend were just out smoking weed in my garage, and once we finished 12 nice joints we wanted to do the roaches and so we made a pipe thingy out of a gatoraid bottle and after a made the air whole and went to make the bowl hole and half way through i was just lighting the hole making it bigger and a couple drips of burning hot plastic went off the bottle and one drop went on my facking finger and there like plastic burnt into my freaking finger.Then i like sorta fell over and hit the door and like 15 minutes later i heard my mom walking around upstairs so we started to clean around the inside of my house(my basement has a door leading to my garage)around the area where i was preparing shit but she came down and she could smell the pot so she looked around for evedince but there was none then she opens the fucking garage door and theres a little plate full of the roaches the bottle pipe and lighters so she just told us to go to bed. My friend is so fucking worried that my mom will tell his mom so i told id make sure she wouldnt cause if he gets caught he's gunna get grounded for like 3 months. I wonder what my mom is going to say tomorrow....

What knowledge do you have of graphics anyway.
The colors are good, and the window in the back has effects on it as well.
The border may not be the best, but it's goes along with the brushes already on it.

He mighta threw some neato effects on it, like perheps a sharped, and a gradient layer or w/e, and then the outcome after many effects, was this.
