Making Bots For SA-MP

I was wondering how to make bots for multiplayer games - Gta sa:mp (www.sa-mp.com)
Just create a user, thats what i want to do
can anyone help??

Create user in the forum or main site ? There is no option for creating a user in the main site and in the forum, they have disabled creating new user.

SA-MP uses a C++ like syntax, you should go the official SA-MP Wiki to learn how to code or hop over to their forums and search.
