Player radar

Hi, I play on a PvP server, where griefing and raiding is allowed. Is it possible to make a minecraft player radar, where it tells you how far away from you other players are, so you can track them back to their underground base and steal their stuff?

There are currently many hacked clients that have a radar feature, but they can only track players to a 200 block distance. Is it possible to increase this distance to 20000 blocks or more?

Getting the co-ordinates of players that are ~150 or more blocks away from you is impossible as the server sends no information about those players. If it was possible, many hack clients would probably have this feature.
