Help..WTF?? TnT orgasm?

okay so I was building a mob trap and I needed to clear out an area (very big area). I decided to put TnT, and see if that will help my cleaning process. So to see result, I only put 1 TnT, and defused it and it exploded. It helped my cleaning process without destroying blocks like ceiling blocks, but there is a problem I came across about that single TnT...
That exploded TnT was still there, but it was practically a white square with a black bottom (sort of 3D looking), and it was shaking violently. This problem affected my lag a tad bit, but this thing was annoying the crap out of me. I dug out everything, but i can't dig out that TnT! I tried redstone didn't work! So basically that one white tnt was floating in mid air, shaking weirdly. I've tried restarting my laptop, redownloading Java, everything. I had SPC on, but no hacks, and no mod loader anything, just SPC.
What caused this problem? I love my world, and I want to use it, and I'm like 90% through my finished mob trap, and this happened! Anyone have a suggestion about this?

Sorry bro its a minecraft Bug there is really nothing i can do, You should get WorldEdit and World Guard to roll back these things.

Yeah Man.. I use it on my server on a Occasionally Bases.. Its quite easy and usefull

I think a spazzed out primed TNT block would be considered as an entity, so try just doing //butcher if you have SPC commands. That command destroys all entities, so it might work.
