Money making plan..
how do i make money

we discuss how to make money...


Plan 1 Housing Market!
1) save money 10-15k
2) buy house
3) rent for 1k/ month to 2-3 people ea.
4) make cash back
5) get a mortgage for 50K
6) buy another house
7) repeat.

I'm guessing he's thinking about a mortgage. However, renting is still difficult sometimes, and you might get shitty tenants who break stuff, etc. You would also have to pay for repairs. Not to mention it would take 7+ years to break even if the home was 100k, and no way would you get 1k from 2-3 people each.

On top of that I doubt he'd qualify, but I dunno.

Homes are around 120k to like 300k to build.
In my country.
Just that the land is fucking expensive.

you can get kit house fairly cheap, buy one and a builder just slots the pieces in place i guess

u buy rs membership with them sell it for rsgp/paypal
