I like it but i dont really like the blue dots :P

Anything I can improve?

Not make it so blurry on the sides and change the color of the dots..Take off the white on the top corners

True, I find the same

The blurry parts are to suddenly switching over to really sharp.
It gives the sig some weird look,
Look at the big black splash at the left of the monk, It's really sharp.
and then all of a sudden, a bit more to the left, it's blurred up to hell.
try and decrease that.
And text is easy.
Get a nice font.
Past it on, Not to big and do not make it the attention taker.
Make it really soft, and go play around with the effects of the text, Like outer glow, and "fill" and stuff

focal point doesnt match at all with the background and that hurts it alot..

Add a few gradient maps and a photo filter of some sort. Even out the colors, make it all match. Try to add some depth.
