On East, somebody has been selling tutelary, well-balanced, and leopard scrolls in large quantities for the last few days, which only drop from daily raids. Stupid lucky 8-bot server farm or is something up since the patch?

The "oath exploit" was patched I believe, but there was another way of repeating daily raids that was never released. It's obvious when someone's selling 100 colru shiny stones, as the oath exploit would be pretty difficult to reliably automate.
One guy who's selling the glas pants/colru stones I know can make custom bots, since there's no working public mining bot and he's always selling 1000+ exquisite ores. The guy could just have an army of lvl 70s with a simple bot to change characters/ohko. How many is a lot? Are we talking 2 or 3 or are we talking dozens?

Just a Chinese gold farmer. In the past they ignored these scrolls as it wasn't worth the effort to sell them, but after the +15 exploit they've been losing business so I guess they have to do this now.
You can get a character to level 60 in a day. Then you can make a bot that just does every raid, then switches character and repeats.
I takes some time to get every bot to level 60 if you want like 30+ but then when you have your army, you are set.
A few weeks ago, there was some dude doing a shitload of weeping queen/red tyrant. Too dumb to put them on private. There was like 10 boat of weeping queen hero at once, all hosted by a lann that was launching the boat, "soloing". And you could see the boats come back 1 after another when they finish. There was over 10 boats at once at all time, so I guess there could have been over 30-40 bots doing it at the same time.

I'm not sure about that. I bought 2 well-balanced from a guy and he sold them for 12M. I think he had a lot of them, cause he kept shouting after and just asked me "How many do you want".
Which means he probably got a lot of them. And if he was buying and reselling, I doubt he would sell for lower than the price on the forum MP. They usually got for 13M and over.
So to buy them for resale, he would need to make at least like 1M of profit. There's no well-balanced for 11M on the market these days.

They removed the resell restriction? Well that should answer the question then.

(xShin, kupono, kumodin, hikoi, kalohi etc etc. are probably the same person and they sold tons of pants and thor stuff during the oath glitch.)

There was another way to exploit the raids ... but it isn't available anymore.

I doubt it's a special command. Probably only a special way of killing the boss or something like that. Maybe certain oath fails still work.
There is still another way to exploit the raids but its not elegant
