I have a BF3 online pass, but not the actual game. If I get the BF3 iso and put it on a flash drive will I be install the game to my 360 slim and play it like that?

If you buy a new copy of BF3 for either the XBOX or PS3, it comes with a "free" online code you use to play BF3 online. This was created to prevent people from buying a used copy of the game and playing it online. You can buy a pass for about $10 I believe if you want to play online with a used copy.
Im guessing the online pass works like the other EA games that have em, it just unlocks some gear or removes a level cap.

You need it to play games online now. Plus, I got mine for free too from ea xD. But try it out dude.
You cant even connect with a jtag'ed xbox or flashed without getting banned from xbox live so good luck with that
no. you need to flash youre xbox. then burn a xbox rip onto a special cd.
yeah but as soon as you get online with a flashed xbox your acc and xbox will get banned
