You can't. Your friend is clearly trolling you. Unless you spawn over 1000000000000 boats, you won't be close to crashing. And by that time, your client will crash.
BTW: Crashing a server is illegal in the US, I'm not sure about Latvia, but in the US, taking down a server of any kind without the owners permission/consent you are violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse act

Crashing a server with a boat? You're funny. Impossible. If he did it in front of you, it's prolly just that he was lagging so bad and his client just crashed. Plus, you can't say some shit like /give Blaze boat 10000 because it'll go over the limit of your inventory.
