console costume change - dye issue

i cant seem to get the dye to work properly for each peice/part. 30mins of trying diff values in both formats (000000000 and 000 000 000) and neither seem to work, gold(200130035) translates into a blue or black....not sure what im doing wrong with it, any help figuring it out would be apreciated!

Its the decimal value of a hex color code. So if you want gold, convert the rgb value into a hex value, then the hex into decimal. For example:

Red: 255 0 0 => 0xFF0000 => 16711680
