for a ribbon WHICH SIDE ARE YOU ON? it says that I have to have Chosen a Rival Factions side.

2) The Joining time is NOT now ... It has a specific date to join ... i guess in August
3) These are Z8 accounts ... they are not real accounts ... they are NOT on the player list ... They made these accounts to advertise the event (Ribbon)
