Just thought I would share for those using MW3...

Nothing original, just a clean modification of the original. Only the green text (and some surrounding pixels) have modified...

Uploaded as a PNG (lossless). If you want to use it with your MW3 just save it to a Bitmap, (call it 'splash.bmp') and overwrite the original...

Anybody else got any custom splash screens for MW3 they want to share?
