Hey,I think MultiClient is that you can open more than 1 Crossfire.exe and play with other acc for farming.
I think this is just a Simple H4ck.

Didn't work for me on Windows XP 32-bit. I put SndDrv and SndDrv 2 in my CF NA Folder, but in-game I don't see ghosts as they are in the screenshot.
