i sent email reset and 1 minute later when i enter the password it said verification code expired

Click on "Forgot my password" and they will send you a link to reset into your email.
Maybe try using a different browser.

if you sent 2 codes, the older one expires. make sure you have not accidently sent 2 codes :]
