It's a dummy account that will never get banned or suspended.
Used to create clans where most of the members are hackers. Just in case of a mass suspension or ban.
lot of clan use dumby account for the leader
Thats how i run my clan on a dummy account if we start getting banned i gtfo that clan

15k people would maybe be a SSG already. The hell? Says he plays in Elimination most of the time too.

Do you guys really need to repeat each other and point out simple things that are self-explanatory? If you can't come to a conclusion, it's a dummy account that was suspended at one point in time and demoted.
