If your CFPH acc gets hacked and your information that you put in is sh*t is there anyway to retrieve it?

yes but they're not urgent . i did sent a request 3 times in 1 month until now i did not retrieve my account .
Well they open email's at weekday's so it takes awhile.My account retrieval took 3 weeks then I got my new password. By the way have you got the ticket? If you got your account ticket go to the forums the. That is what i can only say.

Then after this just bookmark the link to look so that you can eye on it... Then they will send you a message to send your scanned ID and Birth Certificate (Old Top-Up Card Code Can be given) using your email.. After that always check your Inbox then you will recieve your own password then change it. Good Luck! I hope i can help you in these way
