GUYS... CAN YOU HELP ME!!?? ok so i loged into Steam and went to play MW3 it loaded fine then i went to click "play" then it went to connect but it was taking ages to connect so i was like WTF 5 mins later it came up with a notice thing that said...

You do that in the Steam -> Settings. (And check your VAC Status.)
