i don't what happen after new patch the game can't open i reunistol the game and do many things but the same problem wah can i do.........

Hmm maybe you should try disabling your Anti Virus, then run the game with "run as adminstrator"... Or maybe some file is missing, but as you said you reinstalled i cant figure it out... But atleast try what i said....
