(Next Project) InGame TeamSpeak using DirectXHooks + VOIP
Been away for awhile doing stuff people do when there not on mpgh and i have been thinking of some idea's for stuff.

So i am a regular LoL player and i know i would love to be able to talk to my team ingame with voice and so i was thinking!!, this could be a fairly simple thing to put together since im not pasing anything through LoL Servers and im just injecting a window.

Heres how it will work:

User launches Chat Client(Needs a name if anyone has an idea)
User launches LoL
Chat Client awaits for the actual game to start (Like in summoners rift)
Chat CLient Injects a DLL (The actual chat client)
Client connects to VOIP Server(WIll be run by me and or a community depending on what goes down)
------------------------------------------

You will need to add people to your LoLVOIP friends list ingame/out of game and then there will be a small window that can be hidden/shown that you can Mute/Unmute and add people to Convorsation and so on.

Hope this makes sence!!

Looking for:
GFX Artist X 1 > To make the UI OVerlay
Tester X 5 > Make sure it works
Ideas person x 1-2 > Because i want it to be fresh
C++ Developer(Must know how the VOIP Protocol/DirectX Hooking works) > Will be seccond developer with me [We will use MSVC++ to save time dont shoot me]
WebGFX Artist x 1 > I will be doing the code for the site but im pretty bad at design so need someone who is tallented at it
testers, you'll have a fair few for that.

personly think its a great idea, but i cant help you as i code in vb.net..(shudders...)
Its ok, Actually testers are as important as coders. Its completly up to you what you code in but as i gathered from your shudder you know VB.net is not a great language.

Tip: I got myself 2 books + a family member who is a programmer + ********* and i was set. Learn by doing man its all about dedication
Heh, that looks good tbh.. hope it becomes popular
It looks good, but wouldn't most people who really want to use voice chat use Vent?
Well i have thought about integrating Vent (using the mangler API) as a DirectX Client but i think it would be fun to build my own. I Am happy to release a vent Client that hooks into the game if thats what you all want
