How do I earn Contribu?

Release a bunch of stuff, be useful to the community, help people, along those lines.

If you're a coder, just start coding hacks for one or more sections and be active -- eventually you could work you'll work your way into a contributor position. I made releases for about a year and got contributor, just got switched over to resource team though because now I mostly just get hacks that have already been developed and release them here.
