No Recoil/Spread Hack

Well after the patch ive been playing legit. I also noticed some players getting worst then b4 (wonder why xD) and i also spotted a lot of people who has no recoil......they were spraying and it was going straight without any spread either. So i got pwned so hard by them, especially in long range (wasnt even tap fire) . And im wondering if a coder can realease a simple hack with no recoil? It would be easier then releasing a full version one.
