Combat Arms Eu installation error

Hey ,i recently uninstalled combat arms because i rebooted the laptop and i wwas downloading the CA download.
when i was opening the patcher and clicked install or something i get this error saying" Failed to extract updater" and i looked through the forums and they said to download of a differnt site but i couldnt find any sites where i can download combat arms so i was wondering if theres a solution to this

You are probably on Vista, if you are, then you have to run the installer as administrator (right click,press run as admin)
