Please i cant find minecraft multiplayer level hack, anyone know it please?

The reason you can't find one is because there is none. It's all random based on the servers settings.
just go kill some monsters 
For singleplayer mode? I'd say the easiest way is to just install Single Player Commands and do //set xp 10000 or something. Chose any number that you'd like.

OT: There is no such thing as Minecraft MP level hack. Why? Because it's based on server.
there is a thing that look like water but it make give you a lot exp
